250g Mehl
250g Quark
125g Zucker
½ TL Salz
½ Pkt. Backpulver
1 Pkt. Vanillezucker
2 Eier
500g Fett
Zubereitung:
Alle Zutaten vermengen und zu einem Glatten Teig verarbeiten. Fett erhitzen.
Mit einem Löffel oder etwas anderem Kugeln in das Fett geben und 2-3 Min backen, die Quarkbällchen drehen sich von selbst wenn sie fertig sind. Achtet nur darauf das das Fett nicht zu heiß ist, lieber 1-2 Proben vorher machen. Ich habe eine Induktionsplatte verwendet und auf braten bei 100° gestellt, das hat bei mir gut geklappt. Zum abtropfen auf ein Küchentuch geben und anschließend in etwas Zucker wälzen.
